Overview
i8is worked on the development and integration of employee management modules and a unified operations dashboard designed to improve attendance tracking, leave management, and operational visibility across internal business workflows.
The project focused on building user-facing and administrative interfaces for attendance management, improving leave-related workflows, and consolidating scattered operational data from multiple third-party platforms into a centralized dashboard.

The Challenge
The organization needed a more streamlined way to manage employee attendance across both mobile and administrative platforms. Existing workflows required better alignment between user actions, backend data handling, and administrative visibility.
At the same time, operational statistics were distributed across multiple tools, including communication, sales, and task management platforms. This made it harder for stakeholders to quickly review performance, track activity, and make informed decisions from one place.
During rapid parallel development, the team also identified the need for stronger quality assurance practices to ensure that features were properly tested before being marked as complete or moved forward for stakeholder review.
The Solution
The i8is team developed and improved multiple connected modules to support employee management and operational reporting.
This included the development of Punch In/Out interfaces for both the mobile app and administrative backend, integration with staging APIs, improvements to the Leave Management UI, and the creation of a unified dashboard that brought together key statistics from Aircall, Pipedrive, and ClickUp.
The team also used structured documentation, visual reviews, internal coordination, and AI-assisted analysis through tools such as Gemini and ChatGPT to review feedback, improve clarity, and support faster decision-making during the development process.

The team used AI tools such as Gemini and ChatGPT to support review processes, analyze shared materials, and improve documentation clarity. This helped improve internal feedback loops and supported faster alignment across development and operations teams.
